About Me

Welcome, sister!

Hey, my name is Claire! My family includes my husband, Miles, an amazing daughter, Juniper, an adorable smiley son, Mac River, and a third baby on the way! Together we spend our free time exploring the outdoors by foraging, hiking, camping, or whatever other adventure we can come up with. I have a deep passion for working with plants and I incorporate herbalism into my daily life as well as into my practice as a birth and postpartum support. You can often find me in the kitchen or garden processing plants or making up various herbal concoctions. Other hobbies include: gardening, reading, gathering with women, and exploring astrology.

I have a fiery passion for all things pregnancy, birth, and women’s health. The longer I’m in “the birth world” the more this passion grows, as I see the need for change. My vision is to bring back the ancient wisdom of birth & postpartum care. One where mothers are held in a safe place, treated with respect, and are taught how to trust their body’s innate abilities. Your birth can be transformative.

I believe women have always supported women through birth and birth works best when left alone. I want to walk alongside you as you get to know yourself deeper, exploring the things that scare you and those that light you up. I want to be by your side, holding space so you can experience the magnitude of your strength & greatest power as you bring your baby Earthside. It would be an honor to work with you, please reach out if you have questions or if you’d like to meet!

Another area of interest of mine is gathering women and facilitating women’s circles. I believe it is crucial for building the community and the support systems we as women so badly need. You can read more or find out when the next circle is scheduled by clicking here. Lastly, I hold ceremony so that women may be witnessed through the transformations in their lives.
